WOW! This was a hard one! Way too many steps for me, but it looks great! It tasted so good. Not too tart, but again my hubby approved and loved it!
You had to have to different recipes, one for the meringue & one of the lemon filling.
Beating the egg whites with the sugar mixture to make meringue. It turned from liquid to fluffy like substance, so fun!
The Lemon filling all complete with sugar mixture, butter, lemon peelings, and lemon juice.
